Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation and Payment

A reservation deposit of 5,000 CZK is required at the time of booking. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will confirm your final reservation. The balance must be paid at least 8 weeks before arrival.

A refundable deposit of 2,500 CZK will be collected upon arrival and returned before departure after the house inspection.

2. Prices and Services

Listed prices are per week for the entire property. Standard rentals are from Saturday to Saturday for 1 or more weeks; exceptions in the off-season are possible by agreement.

• Water and bed linen are included in the stay price.
• Prices do not include the local tax of 15 CZK/person/day.
• In the winter season, 1,000 CZK per week is included for energy. Excess consumption is charged at a rate of 4.0 CZK per kWh.

3. Cancellation Policy

The following rules apply to the cancellation of the rental:

• Up to 8 weeks before arrival: The deposit will be returned minus a 300 CZK administration fee.
• 4 to 8 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total rental amount will be returned.
• Less than 4 weeks before arrival: 25% of the total rental amount will be returned.
